The company is led by Gill Watcham. A Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development Gill has an MSc degree in Strategic Human Resource Management and a BA honours degree in business studies. Gill’s qualifications are backed by substantial experience gained working at a senior level for over ten years in the public sector and a further five as the Head of HR for a housing organisation which has been subject to significant changes.
In her last role she was responsible for organisational development as well as being responsible for the HR team delivering the day to day service and she understands the real HR issues that affect employers from both the operational and strategic perspective.
Throughout her career she has successfully led and implemented HR strategy, changes to pension schemes, change and performance management programmes and competency frameworks. She also has a proven record of generalist experience across the full HR spectrum including discipline and grievances, recruitment and selection, job evaluation and terms and conditions.
